Come workout with me!!!
I am in a awesome season of life as a brand new mom and guess what?! I have some weight to lose! I thought it would be fun and encouraging if we all worked together to knock off some lbs.
Join me, Courtney, for a one hour virtual weight-loss-focused strength training class. I want to teach you all my tips and tricks to slash off pounds (The healthy way!) and usher in a TON of positivity for 2021. I’m pretty sure we all need it. ;)

Session includes:
Warm Up Dynamic Movements
Goal Specific Strength Training
Cool Down Static Stretch
Closing Weight Loss Wellness Tips
You Will Need:
1-2 sets of dumbbells (ask me for recommendations)
A Resistance Band
A Mat
A Water Bottle
And a BIG ol’ Smile!
Recommended Extras:
Weight Scale
Measuring Tape
Food Journal
And an Optimistic Spirit!

Upon registration, you will receive an e-mail detailing everything you need to know before we get started. Our first session will be a group assessment test, so come prepared to sweat!
