I trained with Paul for 2 to 3 years. He taught me so much on how to take care of myself physically and mentally. Literally both Paul and Courtney changed my whole lifestyle. They both taught me how use all the gym equipment and how to workout on my own at home. Most important thing I learned from them is changing my terrible eating habits, basically changing my whole lifestyle.

Courtney became my personal trainer in May of this year. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I am not a "gym" person. Many times I have attempted diets, tried work out DVDs, tried exercise regimens, made New Year's Resolutions, and have given up and quit after just a few weeks. Here are my results with training with Trenti Training for six months that consisted of one personal training session a week with homework routines and nutrition coaching: 19 pounds lost!! 13.25 total inches. 3% body fat drop. 2.9% BMI drop. 12 more sit-ups than day one, 14 more push ups and a minute and 28 second longer hold on the plank. Cardio speed improved and recovery heart rate dropped 10 BMP. I am more than pleased with my results. I not only had proper support and challenging sessions, but I also had quality education, accountability and direction to make my goals come true.

I have been working with Paul as my personal trainer since July, 2016.  With his advice and encouragement, I have accomplished much more than I ever thought possible.  Not only have I gotten stronger and healthier but he has helped me find joy again in the little things in life because I had just lost my husband before I started working with him.  For this I will be forever grateful to him.

I trained with Courtney at Trenti Training once a week for a little over a year. I can honestly say I have never had a better training experience in my life. Courtney took the time to understand my goals and my current abilities to create a plan that wouldn’t kill me but still made me stronger and healthier. I also appreciated the added benefit of nutrition planning and having her keep me accountable because that is truly where I have failed in the past. I started changing my lifestyle with Courtney in 2012, and haven’t looked back since. At the time I had just had my 3rd child, was a former athlete and military member. I was not happy with all the weight I had gained from my pregnancies and was so unaware of how to get started to be active again. I had knee surgery while in the military and some major hip and back issues to make it more complex so my husband and I got a gym membership. I was introduced to Courtney and knew immediately that she was exactly what I needed. Courtney started me out simple, assessing where my nutrition was, my abilities and limitations, goals. She gave me weekly recipes that were easy and targeted my favorite meals.  She also gave me obtainable but challenging nutrition challenges that furthered my success in making a lifestyle change.

When I started with Courtney we trained three days a week and through the years, we were able to taper it down to one day a week after losing 40 lbs and learning how to do the write ups on my own. Courtney brought so much fun and life to our sessions and we always made working out fun. 

When I started with Courtney, I could not run (non-stop) 5k, I would throw my back out on a regular basis, and had a very low emotional state. I even continued work with Courtney through my 4th pregnancy and loved every minute of it. Courtney and I worked together for four years until job location moves made it so we could not continue. Now, I am a member at a Crossfit box where I complete the majority of all workouts to full requirements and participate in Olympic Lifting competitions. I also enjoy running a variety of types and length of races, obstacle courses, trail, and street races. I couldn’t be who I am now without Courtney.


Courtney is definitely a good trainer. She truly cares about people and wants to help them. I have seen her work with all types of clients. She also gives nutrition advise along with her training. I would recommend Courtney to anyone!
