Review The Resolutions Trenti Training 2020 Event

We are SO excited to introduce our 2020 mantra Review the Resolutions.

We have seen a common theme in the training world where individuals set goals, intentions or resolutions the first of the year and they unfortunately never get accomplished.

Often, goals lack accountability, structure, execution and of course FUN! SO, we’re here to call on a REVIEW. Let’s RESET some goals that may or may not be in place and instead of a mindset of rigor and extreme discipline, let’s make these resolutions enjoyable and EASY!

This year, our goal for YOU is to focus on self care and what better way to do that than to earn points and prizes the more acts of self love you accomplish. Oh YES!

Here’s how it works:

1. Below you have a list of self care points. The more you accomplish, the more points you earn.

2. A picture must be taken and sent in to TT in order to have your points count! Text works great ;)

3. If you post on social media (FB or IG) and extra 10 points will be added to every pic you post. Don’t forget to #ReviewtheResolutions and tag @TrentiTraining. SUPER IMPORTANT!

3. Anyone can participate from anywhere! Get a friend or family member to join in on the fun.

4. Three winners will be announced with the most points on Valentines Day!
