Prayer Pilates

 

Class includes one-hour of a full body-fluid-floor exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, deep breathing, muscle endurance and myofascial release.

This class is unique because it combines faith and fitness with a opening wellness devotional, soothing worship music and closing prayer. 

 

Beginner/Intermediate class.
