What’s one of the best ways you have toned your abdominals?
Hi Corey! As I said before, nutrition is the MOST important when it comes to getting lean. Keeping the sugar intake below 50 grams six days a week was my personal goal to help tone my core. However, one of the best ways I would get my abs really sore is to do my planks on the TRX. A regular plank is a great core exercise, but when you add balance and stability to the mix, it will make your abs work that much harder. This is what is called core stability. Doing core stability exercises will hit the deep muscles such as the transversus abdominis, the multifidus and the pelvic floor and help you achieve your goal of toning your core.
