What are the benefits of eating organic food consistently?

“My people are being destroyed by lack of knowledge.”  (Hos. 4:6)

I believe from my heart of hearts that the bible is the complete guide for life. It deals with the spiritual and also the physical. As a nation, we are deeply suffering because we are not taking into account the way God designed us for health. We must go back to Genesis where God explained how we should be nourishing ourselves! Our bodies need raw, real foods! The answer is organic! 

RID THE DEAD FOODS PEOPLE! Dead foods = heavy animal foods, (I stay away from pork and beef) dairy, salt, sugar, white flour, alcohol, pop and caffeine. Now, now…. I do have these dead foods every now and then, but everything in moderation my friends! I try to stick to the 80/20 rule. That’s realistic. For this girl, Mon-Friday is BUSINESS. It’s business with my work. It’s business with my weight lifting and business with my nutrition. Saturday night and Sunday I treat myself ☺ Mon-Friday I eat as organically as possible and I typically stay away from all dead foods besides a little yogurt here and there. The habit I’ve created over time of switching my diet to organic foods has completely changed my life for the better!
