What's up everyone! 

I am wishing very Merry Christmas to all my FAB clients, friends and family. I am beyond grateful for you all. Today I am working on planes of motion, bullet-proofing my knees, sports specific plyometrics and injury prevention. OH YES -- I am very specific with my goals and you should be too if you ever decide to hire a trainer. Wink Wink ;) Here are the three moves:
