I've created a new cardio program called Heart Beat. Here's how it works.
Pick a fun, upbeat song.
Walk to the beat of the introduction. Transition to a brisk walk when the beat of the verses pick up. Jog at the pre chorus. SPRINT as FAST as you CAN when the main chorus hits. WOOOeeeee!!!
With this three minute song, I burned 50 calories. Now that's intense. You can also do a beginner/intermediate version of this with light walk, walk, brisk walk, jog (and/or hill walk)
