Steffen has completed six months of training that consisted of one personal training session a week with homework routines and nutrition coaching. Here are his final results: 19 pounds lost!! 13.25 total inches. 3% Body Fat drop. 2.9% BMI drop. 12 more sit-ups than day one, 14 more push ups and a minute and 28 second longer hold on the plank.
