Sneak Peek into a Beginner Strength Training Class

Hey everyone! 

Here is a quick clip of some of the moves we do in our Beginner Strength Class. Courtney is behind me showing the modified exercise. She is using 5 lb. dumbbells and shortening her range of motion. This class is a GREAT place to start if you are looking to get back in the swing of weight training. 

Temples & Training Beginner Strength Class is every Thursday at 6:30pm at E-Street Flats in Arden Hills. There will be NO class this Thursday because of Thanksgiving and there will also be NO Prayer Pilates class this Friday. My class will resume on November 30th and Courtney's class will resume on Friday December 1st at 10am. First class is on us! So, come check it out sometime. We would <3 to meet you.
