Jump Box Routine

Hello Friday!

It’s going to be a B-E-A-utiful weekend ladies and gents! I wish you love, blessings and lots of sunshine this weekend. Let me send you off on your #FitFriday with a jump box routine. Check it out!

Move 1:

½ Step Up: WAY harder than it looks. The goal is to stop at hold for one second at 90 degrees. (As you can see I’m getting a bit too high) This is where a trainer would come in handy. ;)

Move 2:

Plank Up Down w/Mountain Climber: Core-Delts-Quads-Cardio …you’re just hitting everythaaaannng!

Move 3:

One Leg Pistol Jump: Ouch! This is what it takes to build those stabilizers, tone that booty and improve the good ol’ cardiovascular threshold.
