I met Paul at the gym a year and a half ago. He was eager and excited to become a personal trainer, so I asked him to shadow the Anytime Fitness team to get experience in the field. During his internship hours, I helped Paul set hypertrophy weight training goals with a nutrition plan that helped him gain over 20 pounds of muscle in a little over a year. Now, I'm incredibly thrilled to announce that I am engaged to this stud muffin! Today, the tables have turned and Paul frequently teaches me new unique training techniques. I'm a blessed gal!
