Gains in Personal Training

CONGRATULATIONS to Alex who had some major gains in his 5-week assessment!!! His main goal was to create a weight training schedule of working out consistently three days a week. I set a personal goal for him to gain five pounds of muscle. So far, we are at two consistent days of training due to his busy work schedule and his weight is still the same. HOWEVER he has gained 8.50 overall inches and lost 2% body fat! SO WE ARE GETTING THERE! Alex also went from 36 sit-ups (first assessment) to 41 sit-ups in a minute. He did two more push ups than the last test and held his plank 18 seconds longer than before. I LOVE ASSESSMENT DAYS because it’s in these moments that my clients can see proof that their hard work is paying off!!! Round two here we come!
