Finally!! I have been waiting for a trainer like this to follow!!! Erin Stern is an elite personal trainer and professional body builder. Yes, I know what you’re thinking…so what? There are a lot of men and women who are top notch P.T.’s and body builders. Well, very true. But what makes Erin so special is she will teach as she trains. Erin and her partner Jacob Wilson (who has his PhD in Skeletal Muscle Physiology) work together to explain the anatomy and physiology of each exercise. I LOVE it!!! I went to school for kinesiology, so Erin and Jacob’s lingo is right ups my alley!
Along with explaining the scientific foundation of each customized elite workout, Erin’s training style is also very unique. She combines Olympic power lifting with high intensity physic-focused workouts. Erin trains like an athlete and believe me; you want to be coached by a former or current athlete. Even though her workouts are incredibly intense, it’s important to know they are adaptable. So, don’t feel intimated if you are just beginning weight training. Erin’s main goal is to perform.
