For years, I have been doing push ups the wrong way! I had no idea, because no one took the time to teach me. I never learned proper push up form when I was a kid and that lead to poor form and improper technique as an adult. As I’m watching various workout videos online, I have noticed that many of you are like me: Your form is off! This is why I’ve decided to make a little FYI push up video. Form is EVERYTHING when it comes to every exercise. Correct form helps strengthen your spine, it can improve your posture and it will definitely aid in preventing injury. I am always learning new things and my main job is to share, correct and teach proper form to my clients. I hope you learn something new!!
