Move 1) One-leg Sit and Stand

Move 2) Adduction Side Step Up

Move 3) Plank Leg Extensions

Move 4) Pop Squats

Trainer Tip: Did you know that if you make it all the way to end of this routine, you will experience a sudden and violent attack of napping?!! Exercise caution.
