Four years ago, when I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer I knew I needed to lose weight. So, I worked with a trainer, changed my eating habits, continued my education and overall, changed my life style. Working with a trainer is one of the best ways I ever spent my money and time. (Trust me- I’m not just saying that) It helped me establish proper form, nutrition education/timing and good habits that I will use the rest of my life. Working with a trainer is the reason I chose this career path because it changed my life for the better! Also, going through a weight loss program has helped me empathize with each of my client’s fitness journeys. I can relate to them mentally, emotionally and physically because I went through it too! I’m happy to say I lost 30 pounds and I’m DONE losing weight! What a great feeling!!!
